Choose the day, the start time and how many of you. We work out how many rinks or boats that takes and what it costs per person.
Usually 25–50%. The spot is locked straight away and the venue is paid up front, so nobody loses it to a walk-in.
Everyone opens it, sees their share and pays with their own card. You can see who has paid. No bank transfers, no chasing.
Put in how many you are, the budget and the day. You get three plans built only from venues that are actually free then, with the real price per person, ready to book.
Plan my dayPrices come from the venue list, never guessed. Each plan has a Book button.

A 38-foot sailing cat for up to 30 with a skipper and a deckhand who runs the BBQ. Huge trampoline nets up front, swim stops at Store Beach. BYO drinks, ice supplied.
Venues marked "sample partner" are stand-ins so you can try the whole booking. The real clubs and operators are on the activity pages with their own booking details.
The harbour operators say the same thing: Christmas weekends go by early November. Bowls clubs switch to peak pricing for Nov–Dec. Lock yours in now.
Your deposit locks the booking, so the day still happens. Whatever is left unpaid by the day before is yours to settle, the same as if you had booked direct. The booking page shows who has paid so you know who to nudge.
Yes. Everyone pays their own share, you included. Whatever you put in on top of your own share comes back to you as the crew pays through the link — first the venue gets its full price, then the rest goes back to you. Your booking page shows how much has come back so far.
The person who books sets the number, and can change it later on the booking page. Money already paid is never charged again. The people who haven't paid yet split what's still owed, so if people are added they pay less at a per-boat venue, and if people drop out the rest pay a little more. You can't go below the number already paid for.
No. They open the link, type a name and email, and pay by card. That's it.
Partner venues are paid out weekly for everything collected. You are not holding anyone's money and neither is your mate who booked.
No. Venues marked "Instant · pay here" are partners and confirm on the spot. For the others we show their real price, how they take bookings (phone, email, enquiry form or their own site) and send you straight there.
Each venue's weather rule is written on its page, in their words. Bowls clubs usually let you move to another free date; boat operators usually refund or move for strong wind.
Not for the self-drive boats we list. In NSW you can drive a boat under 10 knots without a licence, which is what picnic boats and BBQ pontoons do. Skippered charters come with a crew.
Nothing extra during launch. You pay the venue's own price and the per-person figure you see is what each person pays.
Crew Dibs sends you groups that have already paid, and shoots free photos and a video of your place. Free for venues during launch. Later, a small cut only on bookings we bring you — never a monthly fee.
